A characterful console table created from an original Singer cast iron sewing machine base.

The beautifully detailed iron frame retains the iconic Singer branding and original treadle mechanism, paired here with a newly crafted solid timber top formed from reclaimed scaffold boards. The boards have been carefully sanded and stained to bring out the natural grain and provide a warm contrast to the black iron base.

The original side drawers have been retained, complete with decorative brass handles, offering practical storage while preserving the charm of the original sewing table.

The result is a versatile piece that works equally well as a small desk, hallway console or occasional table.
